Our long-established family business which produces cheese, yoghurts etc has been operating without any claims as long as I can remember. We were angry when our previous broker told us our insurer would not be offering renewal. They did not really seem to care. Our accountant arranged a meeting with Risk Mitigaters. Each year used to be a battle. Us versus the insurer and unfortunately, we were not getting guidance or benefit from our brokers which we desperately needed and had paid. It was always last-minute damage control. The crunch came when our insurer told us they would only offer renewal based on many conditions some of which  were ridiculous. There was no way we could have done what they were demanding, much less within the time frames given us.  Worse still our building, contents and stock premiums would increase by more than 400%.  Take it or leave it. We had then been in business over 22 years. That experience left feeling angry and disillusioned. 

Our accountant referred us to Risk Mitigaters.  They had a refreshing approach and a can-do attitude.
